Welcome to Autovyx. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Autovyx mobile application, website, and related vehicle cleaning and detailing services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Autovyx Premium Automotive Care (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Services Provided & Eligibility
Autovyx provides subscription-based and on-demand (single wash) vehicle cleaning, polishing, and maintenance services directly at the customer's designated parking slots within serviceable gated societies.
To be eligible to register for an account and use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. You represent that all information you provide to us is accurate, current, and complete.
Billing, Pricing, & Payments
Pricing: All prices for our subscription plans and single-wash services are listed within our mobile application and are subject to applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) in India.
Payment Processing: We utilize secure payment gateways, including PhonePe, to process transactions. By providing payment details, you authorize us and our third-party processors to charge the designated fees. All transactions are securely processed in INR (Indian Rupees).
Subscription Terms: Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle (prepaid) or tracked and billed at the cycle completion (postpaid mandate). Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless paused or cancelled in-app prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Please read this policy carefully as it governs all cancellations and refund requests for Autovyx subscriptions and single-wash services:
- Single Wash Bookings: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time slot are eligible for a full refund or system credit.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled start time are strictly non-refundable and will be charged at full price.
- Inaccessible Vehicles:If our service professional arrives at your vehicle and is unable to access it (e.g., locked basement gates, wrong parking details, vehicle not present), the session will be marked as a “missed clean” and fully charged.
- Subscription Cycles: You may cancel or pause your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation halts future renewals, but no pro-rata refunds are issued for the remaining portion of the current active cycle.
- Refund Timelines: Once a refund request is approved by our billing team, the amount will be processed and credited back to your original payment source (bank account, credit card, UPI ID) within 5 to 7 business days.
User Obligations & Parking Access
You are solely responsible for ensuring that our cleaning professional has safe, legal, and physical access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location. You must provide accurate parking slot numbers and ensure your society security guards permit entry.
You are responsible for removing all personal valuables, electronic gadgets, cash, or sensitive items from the vehicle prior to the service. Autovyx will not be held liable for any missing contents inside the vehicle.
Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Autovyx cleaning processes use industry-approved, premium waterless wash products designed to protect your car paint. However, the Company is not liable for pre-existing paint damage, rust, micro-scratches present prior to cleaning, or structural defects of the vehicle.
In no event shall Autovyx, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services. Our maximum liability for any verified service failure is capped at the amount paid by you for that specific wash session.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including service claims or billing issues, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
